The location is excellent with easy access to transportation. Breakfast had many choices, including eggs and pastries. The room had a comfortable bed. Staff members were helpful .
The bathroom had cracked floor tiles and stained grout. This needs attention for a four-star designation.

the room was lovely it featured a comfy bed i especially liked the electric shutters i could darken the room completely the view from the room overlooked the upper city a romantic sight. the breakfast was wonderful it presented amazing variety. i particularly enjoyed the blackout electric shutters i could darken the room completely ensuring restful sleep.
the bar area seemed slightly disorganised at times it was occasionally difficult to find someone available to serve drinks this did not significantly affect my overall experience but it would be useful if there were consistently more staff.

i found the location very convenient to both the upper and lower parts of town. the train station was within an easy walk, providing access to other destinations. breakfast offered a fantastic selection, with staff clearing tables efficiently and preparing them quickly. i also appreciated the cleanliness of the room and fresh towels daily.
the room's soundproofing could be improved. i experienced some noise, it disrupted my sleep a bit.

The location was quite convenient. i could easily walk to many attractions (such a pleasure!). the breakfast buffet offered a nice variety. i particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries. the staff were always attentive. They promptly addressed any questions i had.
the room decor seemed a bit dated. i noticed some wear and tear on the furniture. the soundproofing could be improved. i could hear noise from the hallway at times. the gym equipment was somewhat limited (only one treadmill).

i found a couple of issues . the gym was quite small with limited equipment. also, the breakfast selection, while plentiful, lacked high-quality ingredients. the pastries seemed mass-produced and the fruit wasn't always fresh (it's a shame).
